Secondary sedimentation tank: After biochemical sewage flow to the secondary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank is also vertical flow sedimentation tank, the upflow rate is 0.3-0.4 mm/sec, sludge pumping out.
Disinfection Pool and Disinfection Device: The disinfection pool of this device is 30 minutes according to the standard "GBJ48-83". If hospital sewage is used, the residence time of the disinfection pool can be increased by 1-1.5 hours.
The disinfection device is reformed with reference to foreign materials. It can continuously change the dosage according to the amount of effluent. It can add more drugs to more effluent, less water and less medicine. The dosage is chlorine cake. If the user needs other disinfection devices, the factory can be responsible for the purchase and installation.
Sludge tank: All the sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks are automatically discharged into the sludge tank for aerobic digestion. After digestion, there is little excess sludge. Generally, only one or two times a year can be transported by dung truck.
Fan room: The fan room is set under the disinfection pool. The entrance of the machine room adopts double-deck compartment door, and the air inlet has muffler, so there is no noise during operation.
Two pumps are used, one of which is reserved, and two fans are selected. In order to prolong the service life, alternate use is adopted.
The equipment can be either buried or ground type, depending on the user's land occupation and environmental conditions, the entire equipment foundation or pit can be made according to the user's requirements, can be directly excavated and leveled, installed into the equipment and then covered with soil, can also be made into a brick wall structure into a concrete structure of the whole pond foundation, the equipment in place before covering the flat plate, and equipment at the same time. There is a suitable gap between the two sides.
